Nigeria’s Afrobeats rising star Hotkeed is back with a brand-new banger titled “Baba“, and this time, he has enlisted the expertise of the Zanku Records boss himself, Zlatan.
Lyrically, “Baba” centers around themes of hustle, gratitude, success, and divine elevation. The term “Baba” nods to overcoming struggles and rising against all odds. It also signals persistence and divine elevation. It is a song for dreamers and achievers alike, serving as both a celebration of success and a prayer for continued blessings.
Hotkeed delivers smooth, confident verses, showcasing his growth as a vocalist and songwriter. Zlatan complements this perfectly. He injects his signature ad-libs, clever wordplay, and unmatched energy into the track, elevating it to a club-ready anthem.
